Perfect Gluten-Free granola

As a gluten-free person (with celiac) one of the things that I have missed the most is proper granola. Granolas in grocery stores include gluten almost always and the gluten-free versions just aren't that good. That's why I make my own granola. 

It is so good and tastes like the real thing! 

Ingredients

Granola

  • 9 dl oats (you can mix jumbo oats and smaller oats if you wish)
  • 1 dl syrup
  • 1 dl oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • You may add 3 tbsp flour to get some granola chunks

You may add:

  • Almonds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Nuts
  • Any dried fruits afterwards

Instructions

1. Mix  the ingredients.

2. 30 minutes in 100 °C and then 15 minutes in 150 °C  until granola is golden brown.

3. Let your granola cool down.

4. Add some fruits according to your taste and enjoy.
